Rich Daughtridge is Founder and President of High Rock, a marketing and design firm located in Hagerstown, Maryland. Rich also co-founded Leitersburg Cinemas , a 10-screen movie theater in Washington County, Maryland. His latest venture is called What’s NXT, a local events and entertainment guide.
